WarHammer®

Fungicide – Bactericide – Nematicide

WarHammer is a powerful new multi-target biological pesticide that activates the plant’s own immune system to enable it to defend itself against pathogenic fungi, bacteria and infectious nematodes. WarHammer is compatible with chemical pesticides, fertilizers and other biologicals making it a perfect IPM partner.

Broad Spectrum

Due to the mode of action, WarHammer’s effects a broad spectrum of fungi, bacteria and nematodes. Diseases suppressed include Pythium, Botrytis, Powdery mildew, Monolinia, Psuedomonas sp., Xanthomona sp. and others.

Nematodes suppressed include root knot, sting, citrus and others.

CROP

Fruits & Fruiting Vegetables, Green Leafy Plants, Spices, Herbs & Medicinal Herbs, Tree Fruit & Nuts, Turf & Ornamentals, Cotton, Rice, Soy, Wheat, Corn, & More.

WarHammer can be used on all indoor and outdoor crops against parasitic nematodes, fungi, bacteria and some viruses. Soil diseases suppressed include Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Pythium, Phytophthora, Sclerotinia, Verticillium and other soil borne diseases. WarHammer can be applied to various crops, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, herbs and more. WarHammer can be used as a soil drench, foliar spray, irrigation, seed treatment or soil incorporation. WarHammer is compatible with other fertilizers, pesticides and biostimulants. It is non-GMO and environmentally friendly.

RATE

4 - 8 oz per acre - Foliar Spray

4 – 8 oz per acre – Soil Drench

The application rate of WarHammer depends on the soil type, crop stage, and nutrient requirement. As a general guideline, the recommended rate is 4 to 12 ounces per acre for most crops.

For best results, WarHammer should be reapply every 7-14 days depending on disease pressure and environmental conditions. As a soil application, apply at any time during the growing season pre or post plant as well as post-harvest. Applications may be either broadcast over an entire field, in furrow or banded into planting rows. As a foliar treatment, apply initial application prior to onset of disease season or at any time during the season.

CHITOSAN

WarHammer contains a naturally occurring chitosan used as a fungicide, bactericide, and nematicide. Chitosan is a glucosamine polymer produced by the deacetylation of chitin, which is a natural polymer found in the shells of crustaceans like shrimp and crabs.

One of the main components of Warhammers is chitosan, a natural substance derived from chitin. Chitin is a biopolymer that forms the hard exoskeletons of crustaceans such as crabs and shrimps. To obtain chitosan, chitin is treated with an alkaline solution to remove the acetyl groups, resulting in a glucosamine polymer. Chitosan has many beneficial properties, such as biodegradability, biocompatibility, antimicrobial activity. Warhammers contains 10% chitosan, which makes it an effective and eco-friendly product.

DIRECTIONS

Foliar Spray and Soil Drench: Use 3 milliliters of product per gallon of water as general dilution.

Apply as a foliar spray or soil drench applications. Reapply every 1-2 weeks.

WarHammer dilutes easily and does not require agitation to keep suspended in a solution. WarHammer is compatible with most chemical fungicides, insecticides and fertilizers.

Compatibility issues may occur with tank mixes of seaweed and humic acid products.

Apply WarHammer throughout the growing season from early spring to late fall on all indoor and outdoor crops Apply with a minimum of 10-30 gallons of water per acre and a maximum of 200+ gallons of water per acre.

As a soil application, apply at any time during the growing season (pre or post plant as well as post harvest). Applications may be either broadcast over an entire field, in furrow or banded into planting rows.

As a foliar treatment, apply initial application prior to onset of disease season or at any time during the season.

Chitosan

WarHammer contains 10% chitosan, a natural plant defense elicitor. This means that it can trigger the plant’s innate immune system to fight against pathogens and stress. When applied to seeds, leaves, fruits or vegetables, chitosan sends a signal to the plant that triggers an immune response. This ISR produces several compounds that assists in repeling harmful microorganisms and nematodes. In addition, Chitosan has shown to enhance the plant’s growth and productivity by improving the absorption of essential minerals, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Moreover, chitosan can help plants cope with extreme temperatures, drought and salinity by reducing water loss and increasing antioxidant activity.
